Hi, I'm Sriram 👋🏽

I am a Staff Software Engineer in LinkedIn's AI team. I am driven by hands-on work that pragmatically blends research and engineering to deliver scalable and innovative solutions.

I currently work on improving the search ranking and recommendation models that power LinkedIn's jobs products. I've led efforts to drive seeker growth, enhance search quality, and target various product segments using multi-task learning. Earlier, I worked on more horizontal projects such as building out an ML Fairness measurement and mitigation suite, and a large scale data validation system.

Before joining LinkedIn, I graduated with a Masters from the Computer Science Department at Carnegie Mellon University. Prior to that, I completed my undergraduate studies with honors in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology Madras.
